The following is an edited discussion had by a small group of professional service administrators (across different grades), all of whom agreed to share this discussion with the view that other colleagues who are going through the EASE process may learn something from it.
2 Academic Board meetings to discuss EASE have been held (16 Septemberand 20 October 2025). A vote to pause the restructuring was passed at the first meeting with 66.8%in favour, and this margin was increased at the second meeting with 81.1% infavour. Despite this, Academic Board has been ignored!
