“EASE” Restructuring at UCL refers to the reorganisation of Professional Services staff who are connected with Education And Student Experience. These staff have historically been primarily based in academic departments at UCL. EASE Restructuring is part of UCL’s so-called “Service Simplification” project, which seeks to remove Professional Services staff from departments and centralise them at Faculty-level.
